We want you to create a concept which offers information, services and make participation interesting – create a good citizen experience. The key idea is to have a mobile user interface for all the services that municipality offers. Your task is to define what does the customer need and what does the authority demand – What does the digitalization actually enable for all the stakeholders, also local companies and organizations?
Are you ready to make a digital disruption for your everyday life services? Our goal is to have so attractive model that even the greyest officers could not resist it and will be willing to take the next big movement.
Ylöjärvi is a growing town located next to Tampere with more than 32 000 inhabitants. From the beginning of this year town has decided to make a big difference by having a vision and actions towards a digitalization in all of it processes: DigiYlöjärvi. The aim of this project is to convince also other stakeholders.
